We were in the process of exploring the possibility of moving into the city and spending some time checking out apartments. As it happened, we found ourselves near Kamahwa Food Court, Retail & Venue in Nyarutarama and thought it would be a nice opportunity to stop for a drink. What we didn’t expect was to stumble upon such a lovely spot!
Kamahwa is much more than a food court. It’s a vibrant food hall, cultural hub, and event space with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. What makes it particularly special is its creative, eco-conscious design, built around preserving existing materials and minimizing the use of cement.
Sometimes the best discoveries happen when you’re not looking for them. Kamahwa was certainly one of those happy surprises, and somewhere we’d happily visit again!
